This study aims to elaborate on the efforts of elementary elementary school teachers in developing their personality competencies. The intended competencies include the ability of a strong personality to act according to the proud social norm of being a teacher of consistency in acting in accordance with noble norms acting in accordance with wise religious norms displaying action on the usefulness of school students and the community as well as showing openness in thinking and acting and authority having behaviors that have a positive influence on students and being exemplary learners The five personality elements can influence social competency skills teachers are able to communicate and interact effectively with students as educators of education staff guardian parents of students and the surrounding community This study used a mix method of quantitative and qualitative methods with model sequences tial exploratory Research using qualitative methods first with quantitative methods As for the data collection techniques used were observation documentation interviews and questionnaires This study used sampling methods, namely elementary school teachers in Jakarta randomly selected by technique using ballball. The results of this study are expected to be a guide or reference for teachers in developing competencies his personality For the principal of this research not only can it be used as a reference or basis for taking policy in developing the personality competence of the teacher but also the social relations of the teacher with the school community and the surrounding community
