DESCRIPTIVE STUDY OF EFFECTIVE LEARNING PROCESSES BASED ON PROCESS STANDARDS IN CLASS IIIA STATE BASIC SCHOOL 01 BENGKULU CITY.

This study aims to determine the pattern of effective learning processes based on the process standards applied in class IIIA SDN 01 Kota Bengkulu. This type of research is descriptive qualitative and naturalistic. research subjects are teachers. Data were analyzed through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation by testing the validity of the data: extension of observation, triangulation. The pattern of effective learning processes based on process standards is seen in the teacher in designing learning, implementing learning, and learning assessment. The result of the study is that the teacher in designing learning has compiled syllabus and RPP, at the implementation stage of learning the teacher implements scientfics activities and implements discovery learning model, at the assessment stage of learning the teacher uses observation sheets in the form of a rublic, to assess aspects of religious and social attitudes, to measure teacher knowledge of students by asking students to work on tasks that are in student books and pendaping books namely Bupena. From the results of the study concluded that the pattern of effective learning processes in class IIIA 01 Elementary School City of Bengkulu is seen from the following stages, namely, learning planning, learning implementation, and learning assessment.
