Abstract

A teacher has a very important role in the achievement of a goal of education.Basically management teachers produce professional teachers so that it can be created that output is capable of developing the science of science and technology (science and technology) teachers. This Non Permanent Teacher (GTT) also has the status a very vital at the school due to the presence of gtt very petrified school.The majority gtt is the ones who can afford to controls science and in accordance with the developments of the times. Abstract: Teachers have a very important role in the achievement of educational goals. Basically, the management of teachers has a very big influence and is considered as the main key in improving the quality of education. Essentially the management of teachers aims to produce professional teachers so as to create competent output, have good virtues and useful for the nation. The development of Science and Technology (Science and Technology), the education system also increases, this has an impact on the needs of teachers. Non-Permanent Teachers (GTT) also have a very vital position in school because the existence of GTT is very fostering school. The majority of GTT are those who are able to master the Science and Technology (Science and Technology) in accordance with the times.
