Jurnal PERBEDAAN PENAMBAHAN LATIHAN CIRCUIT TRAINING PADA LATIHAN INTERVAL LARI 100 METER UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KAPASITAS AEROBIK PADA PEMAIN FUTSAL REMAJA

Objective To know the effectiveness of 100 meter interval training and addition of training circuit training in 100 meter interval training to increase aerobic capacity in juvenile futsal athlet. Method This research is a type of experimental research to determine the effect of an intervention conducted on the research object Sample consists of 24 athletes futsal adolescents aged 17-25 and selected based on purposive sampling technique using the assessment table PARQ tesphysical activity readiness questioner available Sample grouped into two groups of treatment that is treatment group I consists of 12 people with a given interval training run 100 meters while in the treatment group II consisted of 12 people with the addition of training circuit training at 100 meter interval training The result of hypothesis test at the first treatment I before was 31 3417313058 after the mean is 443967644522 with paired sa mple t-test obtained p0000 nyang value means 100 meter interval training can increase vo2max in juvenile futsal athletes At the mean II treatment before is 3434442432524 average after is 468925623082 with paired sample t-test obtained p0000 value which means the addition of circuit training at interval training run 100 meters can increase vo2max in juvenile futsal athletes Hypothesis III test average treatment is 106825246150 average treatment II is 127983 259038 with independent t-test proves the value 0082 which means there is difference in vo2max increase in juvenile futsal athletes Conclusion 100 meter interval training and addition of exercise circuit training at 100 meter interval training is effective in improving vo2max in juvenile futsal athletes But the addition of training circuit training to 100 meter interval training is better in improving vo2max in juvenile futsal athletes
