Abstract: The purpose of this study is that students can build their own knowledge, be critical, seek clarity, and make meaningful knowledge. The formulation of the problem in learning is through learning achievement type Cooperative learning type Two Stay Two Stray class V students of SD Negeri Brumbun, Wungu District, Madiun in the 2017/2018 academic year. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach, with a type of action research. In this study researchers collaborated with other teachers. The reference to the action hypothesis was that the results of the average learning achievement were 70.91 (66.67%), in the second cycle experienced an increase of 86.06 (93.94%), then it could be concluded. that: there is increase in Civic Education (PKn) learning through cooperative learning type Two Stay Two Stray class V students of SD Negeri Brumbun, Wungu District, Madiun in the academic year 2017/2018. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach, with a type of action research. In this study researchers collaborated with other teachers. Referring to the action hypothesis proposed in this class action research, it was found that in the first cycle the results of the average learning achievement were 70.91 (66.67%), in the second cycle there was an increase of 86.06 (93.94%), then It can be concluded that: there is an increase in Civics Education (PKn) learning achievement through Cooperative learning type Two Stay Two Stray fifth grade students of Brumbun Elementary School in Wungu District, Madiun District 2017/2018 school year so that student test results / learning outcomes can be increase than before.
