Fusarium wilt is one of the important diseases in potato plants and a limiting factor for increasing productivity of potatoes. One of the safe and economical ways to control fusarium wilt in potato plants is using Trichoderma filtrate culture. This study aims to determine the best concentration of Trichoderma filtrate culture in inhibiting the development of Fusarium wilt in potato plants both in vitro and in vivo. This research was conducted in August 2017 to November 2017, in the screen house and Plant Protection laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Bengkulu. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 factors, namely the concentration of Trichoderma filtrate culture K0 = 0 ppm, K1 = 10 ppm, K2 = 25 ppm, K3 = 50 ppm, K4 = 75 ppm and K5 = 100 ppm repeated 5 times so that 30 units of experiment were obtained. The results showed that the treatment of Trichoderma filtrate with a concentration of 100 ppm was most effective in inhibiting the development of F. oxysporum fungus in vitro, while the treatment of Trichoderma filtrate cultures with concentrations of 75 ppm and 100 ppm was most effective in inhibiting fusarium wilt in potato plants with intensity and percentage attack by 0%. The treatment of Trichoderma filtrate culture did not affect the growth rate of potato plants
