Abstract : Service company
is a business unit whose activities produce products that are intangible
(services), with the aim of obtaining profits or profits. PT. PLN is
type of service company. Because PLN provides services in the field of electricity
for the community. The purpose of this study was to find out and
analyze the influence of education and training on performance development
at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Tondano. The research method is associative method
with a total sample of 40 respondents. Data analysis in this study
using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study are: first,
education partially has no significant effect on performance
Employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Tondano;
second, training partially has a significant effect on performance
Employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Tondano. Among these two variables,
training on employee performance has the most influence. And third
Simultaneously training and levels have no positive effect on
employee performance. Suggestions are: considering that training has a positive influence
which is significant and contributes significantly to performance
employees at PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Tondano, company and management
it is necessary to increase the intensity of training of its employees to work with levels
more significant performance.
