Jurnal PENGARUH MARKETING RELATIONSHIP TERHADAP LOYALITAS NASABAH MELALUI KEPUASAN NASABAH PADA AJB BUMIPUTERA 1912 KANTOR WILAYAH MEDAN CABANG MEDAN BARU

ABSTRACT : The purpose of this study
is to know the effect of marketing relationships on loyalty
through satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study
are all customers who use the Ajb Bumiputera 1912 Office insurance
Medan Area. Research data was obtained from questionnaires, using techniques
qouta as many as 60 respondents and tested for validity and reliability, techniques
data analysis used classic assumption test, regression equation model with
path analysis techniques.

The results showed that marketing relationships were influential
Significance of satisfaction with the coefficient value of 0.002 Sig. marketing
relationship has a significant effect on loyalty with coefficient value
Sig 0.006 < . kepuasan tidak ada pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas dengan nilai Sig 0,067 >. Marketing relationship to loyalty through
satisfaction with the indirect coefficient of influence
