Jurnal Penelitian Analisis Dampak Program Kebun Sekolah untuk Mengatasi Kekurangan Gizi Anak
Sustainable development goals (SDGs), one of which is to end hunger, achieve food security and improve nutrition, and encourage sustainable agriculture. Lack of eating fruits and vegetables causes malnutrition. The aim of this study was to distinguish the root causes of malnutrition and to analyze alternative policies to address nutritional improvements for children. This research method uses a qualitative approach, where this research is carried out in schools in Blitar and Kediri. The subjects of this study were 30 people including: 10 students, 5 teachers, 5 food traders in school and 10 parents of students. Research findings: malnutrition in children, especially children during the growth phase cannot be separated from the habits of children in eating food. Knowledge of parents about malnutrition, especially attention to what is consumed in school. School parks are one program that can provide basic knowledge about nutrition to children. Government policy must be improved and enhanced by encouraging people to consume enough fruits and vegetables.
