This study was conducted to find out how the quality of service information in BPJS recipient groups at the health center level. Information delivery is so important considering the paths taken by BPJS recipient patients are still perceived to be complicated by public perception triggered by diverse information provided by staff. an erroneous understanding while causing errors in handling patient complaints. The output of this study in the first year resulted in an effective policy or information service model on health at the Puskesmas level where the medical team and paramedics had effective communication methods. The analytical method used in this study was quantitative methods with descriptive objectives collecting data through distributing questions to patients receiving BPJS to find out the patient's response to information services from officers and paramedics at Kebon Jeruk Ha Health Center Research shows that the laboratory unit and pharmacy paramedics get a relatively low value from all dimensions, both the completeness of the novelty and the format for that need to be considered for improving the quality of information services in these two units.
