DETERMINATION OF CEMPAKA WASTE HARVESTING ( Elmerrillia ovalis ) IN PEOPLE'S TARERAN DISTRICT FOREST, MINAHASA SELATAN DISTRICT USING ZERO-ONE INTEGER PROGRAM] It is hoped, including community forests, so there needs to be optimization of community forest harvesting, but specifically in this study discusses the regulation of cempaka wood harvesting land. The purpose of this study is to predict maximum income by community forest farmers before carrying out harvesting. A linear program is a method that can be used in an optimization model to determine timber harvesting for a certain period, and can predict the maximum income that can be received before harvesting. Using a linear program, the maximum income is Rp. 28,622,240,000, with harvesting in the first period, namely land 8, and land 14. The first period is land 1, land 3, land 6, and land 13. New period is land 5 , land 7, and land 9. Fourth period namely land 4, land 10, and land 12. Period period is 2, and land 11.

ABSTRACT  Forests are slow to renew natural resources, including community forestry, so it is necessary to optimize the harvesting of community forests, but specifically in this study discusses the determination of wood harvest areas. The purpose of this study is to estimate maximum income by community forest farmers before harvesting. A linear program is a method that can be used in an optimization model to determine the harvest area of cempaka wood for a certain period, and can estimate the maximum income that can be received before harvest. By using a linear program, the maximum income earned is Rp. 28,622,240,000, with harvest in the first period, area 8, and area 14. The second period is area 1, area 3, area 6, and area 13. The third period is area 5, area 7, and area 9. The fourth period is the area 4, area 10, and area 12. The fifth period is area 2, and area 11.
