Jurnal HUBUNGAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN HIV DAN AIDS TERHADAP KEPUASAN PASIEN DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM LABUANG BAJI MAKASSAR

Abstract : Number of people with
HIV and AIDS (PLWHA) is increasing so that the need for services
health is also increasing. Labuang Baji Hospital is one
designated hospitals to provide HIV and AIDS services.
This study aims to determine the relationship between HIV care quality and
AIDS on the dimensions of reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsivenes),
assurance assurance (assurance), kemampupahaman (empathy) and physical appearance
(tangible) to patient satisfaction at RSU Labuang Baji. Research methods
is an analytic observational using cross sectional study approach
with a large sample of 192 respondents who were taken accidentally
sampling. Test analysis used, that is chi square test with α = 0,05 and
phi coefficient test to see the strength of the relationship. The results of this study
shows that there is a relationship between the quality of HIV and AIDS services
based on reliability (p = 0,000 and φ = 0.259), responsiveness (p = 0.000 and
φ = 0.357), assurance (p = 0,000 and φ = 0.393), empathy (p = 0,000 and φ = 0.326),
tangible (p = 0,000 and φ = 0.446), with patient satisfaction at RSU Labuang Baji
Makassar. The conclusion is that there is a significant relationship between
reliability, responsiveness, security assurance, understanding, physical appearance
to patient satisfaction
