DETERMINANTS TO BUY HALAL PRODUCTS IN NON-MUSLIM COMMUNITIES: IMPLEMENTATION OF PLANNED BEHAVIOR THEORY.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the determinants of purchase intention
halal products for non-Muslim communities. The questionnaire in this study was designed
based on the TPB model. The survey was conducted on respondents who came from
a community of Hindus in Bali, who have strong beliefs
on Hinduism, both as a religion and culture. This research found
Variables of Attitudes, Subjective Norms, and Perceived Behavioral Control
influence the intention to buy halal products in the Balinese Hindu community. In research
this, the Perceived Behavioral Control variable contributes the strongest to
intention to buy halal products for non-Muslim consumers.
