Things that really need to be known and planned in the initial conceptual stage
project planning, especially construction projects in government, is how much
the estimated cost that will be needed for the implementation of the project later.
Even though it is still in the conceptual stage, the estimated cost of the initial project implementation

realistic for cost control measures, and unreliable for cost allocation and
The conceptual stage cost estimation can be defined as an estimate of project costs
done before a significant amount of information is gathered from the design details,
with the scope of work. The estimation of the conceptual stage has a very important role
in determining the scope of a project. The cost of this stage is done with
collect previous information. One method of estimating costs
the conceptual stage is to estimate the costs of the main component components
or the dominant job of the project.
This study explains the Cost Significant Model of project costs
based on components. The research data uses 9 BOQ (Bill of
Quantity) lecture building construction activities. Compiled statistical data
and processed using multiple linear regression equations obtained by the equation Y =
1,842,456.24 + 8.688X10 + 1,954X12 with X10 cost of ceramic work and X12 costs
electrical work with a confidence level of 95%. The results of the equation calculation
these are tested by comparing estimated costs and actual costs. Testing
carried out on 3 projects and obtained an accuracy rate of 10.53%.
