ANALYSIS OF EFFECT OF ATM QUALITY SERVICE
ON THE CUSTOMER'S CUSTOMER
(Case Study at BCA Yogyakarta).

This study aims to determine the effect of ATM service quality
to customer satisfaction of BCA Yogyakarta. Data collected through
questionnaire 150 respondents with sampling technique using
purposive sampling method is the respondent selected based on certain criteria
as in the population. From the results of this study found that from
reliability, convenience, ease of use, security and privacy,
fulfillment, responsiveness that has a significant effect on satisfaction
customers only reliability, ease of use, security and privacy, power
responsiveness while convenience and fulfillment have no effect.
