ABSTRACT : In the world of work
dynamic as it is today, where tasks are increasingly being worked on in teams
and flexibility is very important. Therefore organizations need
human resources that are not only qualified, but also have behavior
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Based on
previous studies, the authors raised job satisfaction, commitment
work, psychological empowerment and transformational leadership as
variables that influence the creation of OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behavior)
at PT. Jasa Raharja Manado. This study aims to analyze
influence of job satisfaction, work commitment, psychological empowerment and
transformational leadership towards organizational citizenship
behavior (OCB) at Jasa Raharja Manado. The analytical method used is
multiple linear regression analysis. The study population amounted to 39 with
the total sample technique then the number of samples taken is as many as the number
the population is 39 respondents. The results showed that leadership
transformational has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship
behavior (OCB) while job satisfaction, work commitment and empowerment
psychologically has a negative effect on OCB. The company should pay attention
and improve transormational leadership in order to maintain OCB.
