This study aims to determine the effect of the use of comic graphics media on learning achievement of science students of V-class deaf students in SLB B. The research method used the experimental method with the One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The population of this study were 6 students deaf in grade 5 in SLB-B Karanganyar. Technique of collecting data using test technique. Data analysis using non-parametric statistical analysis technique, namely Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with the help of SPSS version 20. The results concluded that the results of descriptive analysis obtained average posttest value of 93.33> pretest average value of 51.67 and results non-parametric analysis obtained value Z = -2.232 with P = 0.026. Thus, the hypothesis “There is a significant influence of the use of comic graphics media on learning achievement of science students Deaf” accepted the truth. This means, the use of comic graphics media has a significant influence on the achievement of science students of deaf students in class V in SLB-B Karanganyar.
