The purpose of this study is to describe (1) the need for language proficiency information (2) the behavior of language information needs fulfillment (3) obstacles to meet the information needs of students' English language proficiency in ESAC. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive research type. Data collection was done by using interview technique, observation, and document review. The instrument used to collect data is using structured interviews. Checking the validity of the data triangulation data. Activity analysis starts from the data condensation stage, data presentation, and conclusion. Based on the results of data analysis conducted, obtained the following three conclusions. First, ESAC meets the needs of information listening and reading language skills as well as students majoring in English Literature has the characteristics of information needs. Secondly, the students fulfill the information needs with a coherent stage. Third, the obstacles faced by students majoring in English Literature are the psychological condition, the environment and the limited source of information to write and speak.
