Pontianak City is a service city that is now growing more rapidly. The growth of the trade sector in the city of Pontianak, which is the center of economic activity, attracts people outside the city of Pontianak to come and carry out economic activities in the city. And of course for most residents to do business in the center of trade such as distros and boutique outlets. However, the location of this shopping center is not in accordance with the Pontianak City Spatial Plan because it is located in residential locations, offices and services. The increasing prevalence of shopping centers on the one hand raises positive aspects for the regional revenue (PAD) of Pontianak City, will be replaced on the other side the negative side of congestion problems, lack of parking lots, the number of billboards that disrupt the city's visuals and change the image of an area. In this study, the location of distro and boutique shopping centers will be evaluated using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), so as to get the best alternative location in selecting commercial locations for distros and boutiques in the city of Pontianak. From this study it can be concluded that the results of data calculations on various aspects of the criteria are Physical, Social, Economic and Accessibility aspects where the highest hierarchy is the economic aspect with the highest sub aspect is the investment attractiveness which is the criterion benchmark. is a flow of money) in large numbers, crowded by Questions, completed over the weekend, rising land prices, free from illegal levies that can be the right for entrepreneurs / investors. Of the 10 sub-aspects of the assessment criteria for the three distro and boutique road corridors, the results of Jalan Gusti Hamzah corridor were superior with 9 sub-aspects with a value of 0.5253 compared to the others. two corridors namely M. Yamin Street with values 0, 2555 and Jalan Danau Sentarum with a value of 0.2154.
