A three phase induction motors s an inverter to adjust the speed. In the inverter there is a full wave rectifier circuit that produces harmonics. This rectifier circuit generally uses a six pulse converter. Filter installed t o reduce the harmonics. In this paper LC filters used to reduce the 5th and 7th harmonics. By researching the inductor (L) component of the filter with a transformer. Harmonic currents will induce and secondary voltage which can be used as source of power . Simulation of PSIM results from the generated output power of the transformer is 138 Watts. The power quality r i se from 0.955 to 0.967 and the magnitude of THD drops from 21.2% to 7.1%.

This rectifier circuit generally uses a 6 pulse converter. To reduce the harmonics, a filter is installed. In this paper the filter used is an LC filter to reduce the 5th harmonic and 7th harmonics. This study aims to analyze the utilization of these harmonics as by replacing inductor components (L) from LC with transformer so that a the harmonic device will induce a voltage to the secondary side and then can be used as a resource . From the PSIM simulation results, the transformer output power is 138 Watt. Improvements in the original power quality of 0.955 rose to 0.967 and the large harmonic current THD fell from 21.2% to 7.1%.
